Payment methods currently accepted include: cash, cheque or email money transfer.
Insurance
I will provide you with a receipt for your massage treatment that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your coverage. Your insurance company may require a prescription for massage therapy, which I am not able to provide. Please see your family doctor and check with your insurance company to ensure your treatment is reimbursed.
Unfortunately I am not able to offer direct billing to your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: No Charge
I understand that "life happens" and sometimes you may not be able to give me 24 hours notice. I have set my cancellation policy in a way that I believe is fair to you and also respects my time as a therapist. If you cancel last minute or do not show up, you have taken away an opportunity for me to earn money during that time.
First cancellation from returning client with less than 24 hours notice: No Charge.
Cancellation by a new client with less than 24 hours notice: Charged 100% of appointment cost.
Second cancelled appointment within 24 hours: Charged 50% of appointment cost.
Third (and onwards) cancelled appointment within 24 hours: Charged 100% of appointment cost
All no shows without notice are charged 100% of the appointment cost
Please note that the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario does not allow us to provide a receipt for a treatment that was not given. The receipt will clearly state that the payment is for a missed appointment and will not be reimbursed by your insurance. Payments for no shows or late cancellations are required prior to booking your next appointment.
