Massage can help our minds and bodies relax and I aim to create a relaxing space where you can forget about life's stresses and focus on yourself and your well-being for an hour or more. But even more than that, I want to improve your body's functioning. Whether it's relieving pain, improving range of motion, or figuring out the cause of that nagging ache that is troubling you, You will get up from my massage table feeling better than when you lay down.
Most of us will suffer with neck or back pain at some point in our lives. Whether you slept funny, work long hours or pulled a muscle at the gym, I can help.
Characterized by heel pain that is worse in the morning or after rest, I have been helping clients recover from plantar fasciitis for over 20 years.
Nerves can become entrapped by tight muscles in various spots in the body. Knowing what muscles to relax can relieve those sharp, shooting pains or numbness and tingling.
Whether you're experiencing jaw pain/clicking or headaches, traditional massage techniques or intraoral massage or self-care can help.
Pregnancy, labour and caring for an infant, all put tremendous strain on our bodies and minds. It may be low back pain, swollen feet, blocked ducts or simply exhaustion but taking time for yourself will help you and your baby.
Tendons connect muscles to bones. If the connected muscle is too tight, the extra tension can cause tears and inflammation. Massage reduces the tension the tight muscle puts on your tendon and helps to reduce pain and clear inflammation.
My clinic is located in a quiet room in my home. It offers privacy and a relaxing environment to allow you to feel your best.
After booking your first appointment for a massage, you will receive an email confirmation and it will ask you to fill out my intake forms online. Please do this prior to your appointment as it allows me time to look them over ahead of time so we can get started sooner.
Parking is available in my driveway.
My home practice is located at 24 Lambton Ave, in the Mount Dennis area of Toronto. Two major bus routes take you within a 2-minute walking distance of my practice and it is 5-10 minutes walk from the intersection of Weston Rd @ Eglinton Ave.
Mobile massage is great if you have any accessibility issues getting in to clinics or if you want to avoid the cold or traffic and enjoy relaxing at home right after your massage.
Prior to your first massage, I will arrange a short introductory phone call with you to discuss your treatment goals and discuss the space in which you will be provided your treatment.
Please allow for 10-15 minutes for set-up before your massage and 15 minutes for clean-up (not counted as part of your massage).
You will also need to ensure you have a private area in your home suitable for treatment.
Due to the travel time required, mobile treatments must be booked by contacting me directly by email, text or phone. Text is the fastest way to get a response.

I go above and beyond public health guidance to protect my clients and family from COVID-19.
I wear an N95 or KN95 quality face mask for every massage I provide. It is appreciated and welcome if clients choose to wear a face mask, however it is not required. At my home practice, I run a HEPA air purifier during treatment.
